Funeral services for Annie “Teenie” Cooke Johnson, age 78, who died on Monday, September 22, 2025, will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. from the First Baptist Church in Franklinton with Rev. Delores Cooke officiating. Burial will follow in the Mitchiner’s Grove Church Cemetery.
She is survived by one son, Donnell Cooke (Joyce) of Bunn, NC; four daughters, Patricia A. Burt (Clifford) of Franklinton, NC, Annie Covington (Rogers) of Youngsville, NC, Sandra Stovall (Darek) and Iesha Johnson, both of Franklinton, NC; eight brothers, Sam Cooke (Fannie), Nathaniel Cooke, Adell Cooke (Billette) and Ronnie Cook (Michelle), all of Franklinton, NC, Johnnie Cooke (Delores) of Oxford, NC, Wade Williamston of Hartford, CT, Ralph Williamston (Sheria) of Kissimmee, FL, Jerome Williamston of Brooklyn, NY; 30 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
There will be a visitation Sunday afternoon from 5:00 until 6:00 a.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
