Funeral services for Ellis Lee Williams, age 45, who died on Sunday, October 12, 2025, will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Louisburg High School Auditorium with Rev. Thomas Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Stephens Church Cemetery.
He is survived by his daughter, Elisha McCowan of Franklinton, NC; four sons, Omharyan Cooke of Louisburg, NC, Jayden McCowan and Ellis McCowan, Jr., both of Franklinton, NC, Shaquine Williams of Louisburg, NC; his father, Joseph Fowler of Henderson, NC; two sisters, Krystal Fowler of Greensboro, NC, Latina Fowler of Louisburg, NC; four brothers, Maurice Fowler of Willow Springs, NC, Joseph Albert Fowler, Jr. of Louisburg, NC, Dexter Mills of Clayton, NC, Rontavious Williams of Louisburg, NC; his fiancé, Nancy Hicks of the home; and two grandchildren.
There will be a viewing Sunday afternoon from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at the Louisburg High School Auditorium.
