Sending prayers for comfort and peace during this difficult time. Ms. Glo was thought of so highly by so many. She truly loved her customers and there was never a time you weren’t greeted with a smile and her asking about you and your family. I moved away from the community years ago but would always stop through here and there and she always asked how I’d been and how my family was and thanked me for stopping through. She was definitely a bright spot in the community. And will truly be missed. Thinking of you all and praying you find comfort in knowing what a gem you had the pleasure of having in your lives for so long. She will forever be a part of so many lives!

To Mia, Shane and the entire family: I remember many of days that Ms. Glo was apart of my life and childhood. Whether that was making several trips to the grill weekly or seeing her out and about at school or community functions. She always greeted me with hey shugg how are you, hows everybody, wheres Spanky at today 🙂 I admired her in many ways than one because you never heard her complain always smiling. The way she prepared food was like no other and couldnt be duplicated, she just had that touch! I will missed seeing her and just getting to hold her hand and embrace when I went to the grill. Love yall and always here if you ever need us❤️

Mia, my heart goes out to you, knowing a daughter and mother’s bond all too well. The having to say ” goodbye ” when it feels so suddenly or unexpectedly or you saw it coming, but you didn’t want to believe it’s going to happen. When your guiding light no longer shines over here, but will shine now from up above so bright. When you think about Mother’s Day, but not Mama going away. When you can’t recall a time she wasn’t there for you, but you must now prepare yourself to be here without her. The one that carried you nine months in the womb, forever in her heart evident by her many acts of love, sacrifice, support, understanding and knowledge she gave; that carried you on the outside. A mama’s love given to you from our Heavenly Father above. I understand your pain, I mourn your loss, and I pray for your comfort, strength, and Blessed Assurance that “You Will Meet Again. Glo’s burgers, her upbeat hello’s, her laughter and asking about different family members, and her smile, small things that come to mind, that touches the heart are really the big things that matters in the end. She, her presence will be missed immensely from the Hollister community and far beyond, but definitely by you, her grandkids and the Macco & Beuford Harper families.
