Funeral services for Almer “Anna Mae” Hedgepeth, age 79, who died on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 12:00noon from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg, NC.
She is survived by two daughters, Janet Smith (David) of Louisburg, NC and Trumilla Clifton (James) of Warrenton, NC, two sisters, Velma Thorne and Mattie Thorne (Martin) both of Louisburg, NC, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
There will be a viewing Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 11:00 until 12:00p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home Chapel.

Janet and Trumilla, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. I want you all to know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers today and in the days ahead. I’m sorry I can’t be there at the funeral, because I have to work. Let her sisters, grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family & friends know my heart goes out to them.
