Funeral services for Annie Ruth Alston, age 89, who died on Monday, March 2, 2026 will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 1:00p.m. from the Cedar Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Castalia, NC with Rev. Sylvester White officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Rock Church cemetery.
She is survived by daughters, Daphine Coppedge, Lorraine House (Woodrow), Penny Coppedge (Larry), Maxine Hopkins, Roxanne Coppedge, and Senora Williams (Archie) all of Louisburg, NC, and Patricia Reed of Durham, NC, sons, Robert Arrington of Newton Grove, NC and Freddie Davis of Louisburg, NC, sisters, Pattie Mae Coleman of Springfield, MA, Catherine Arrington of Louisburg, NC and Shirley Arrington of Rocky Mt., NC, brothers, Curtis Arrington (Diane) of Bailey, NC, Jimmy Arrington of Springfield, MA, Bernard Arrington of Louisburg, NC and John Arrington of Newark, NJ, sixteen grandchildren and host of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at the Richardson Funeral Home chapel, Louisburg, NC.
