Services for Archie “J.P.” Coley, age 77, who died on Saturday, December 31, 2025 will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 2:00p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel, in Louisburg, NC, Rev. Dr. Timothy Walker officiating.
He is survived by his loving wife of the home, Annie Perry Coley, daughters, Darlene Coley of Louisburg, NC, Quinnley Coley (Edward) of Knightdale, NC, and Teresa Coley Owens (Carl) of Oxford, NC, his son, Archie Coley Jr. of Louisburg, NC, sisters, Annie Batchlor of Cary, NC, Betty Kearney (Martin), Jean Richardson, and Rosa Carroll (Big 6) all of Castalia, NC, and Florence Alston (Johnny) of Louisburg, NC, his brother, David Coley (Wilisteen) of Castalia, NC, 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg, NC.

Sending our condolences to our Coley Family Sorry we didn’t visit or get to see our cousins From the Franklin County area but heard my Father speak of his kin that lived in Franklin County I am sure his Dad use to visit our Dad (Lindsey Coley)back in the days when we were childrenand we always plan to attend Coley family reunions on our Dad side of family but we just wanted you all to know We are deeply saddened to hear of your father Archie passing and looking at his picture reminds us so much of our Dad and his kinfolk that use to visit when we were children .Sending our heartfelt sympathy and saying we are sorry to hear of his passing .God Bless you all my Coley Family .
