Memorial services for Bobby L. Smith, age 68, who died on Thursday, May 28, 2026, will be held Sunday, June 7, 2026 at 2:00p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel, Louisburg, NC.

He is survived by a very special friend, Carolyn Tayborn of the home, three children, Bobby Smith II of Raleigh, NC, Miguel Smith of Louisburg, NC, Shelia Mitchell Alston (Joseph) of Franklinton, NC, one brother, Freddie Smith (Kishla) of Louisburg, NC, six grandchildren, Thyheim Smith Elizabethtown, NC, Taesha Smith of Gibson, NC, Martez Smith and Marcus Smith both of Louisburg, NC, Breanna Mitchell of Indian Trail, NC, and Braylon Alston of Louisburg, NC, two great grandchildren, Jassir Massey and Avani Smith, two aunts, Mary Smith Wheless and Bertha Taylor and a host of other relatives and friends.
