Funeral services for Eugene Rudolph Closs, age 66, who died on Saturday, September 6, 2025, will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 2:00pm, from the Haywood Baptist Church in Louisburg, NC with Pastor Anthony Alston, officiating. Burial will follow in the Haywood Baptist Church Cemetery.
He is survived by his with wife, Teresa H. Closs of the home, two sons, DeMario Closs (Shawanda) and Eugene Closs, II (Ebony) both of Franklinton, NC, three sisters, Rachel Frank (James) of Clinton, MD, Vernell Hargrove (John) of Louisburg, NC and Carolyn Closs of Accokeek, MD, one brother, John Earl Closs of Henderson, NC, four grandchildren, Aaliyah, DeMario Jr., Eugene III and DeMarion.
There will be a viewing Friday, September 12, 2025 from 5:00 until 6:00pm at Richardson Funeral Home Chapel, Louisburg, NC.
