The family will be receiving friends for Frank Earl Hilliard, age 71, who died on Friday, February 20, 2026, on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the home, 112 Hillard Rd., Louisburg, NC.
He is survived by three sisters, Shirley H. McDuffie of Charlotte, NC, Ruth H. Phillips and Rose H. McKnight (Marshall) both of Raleigh, NC, one brother, Gene Hilliard of the home, two nephews, Demond Phillips of Raleigh, NC and A.J. McKnight of Durham, NC, two great nieces, Wynter Rose McKnight and Skylar Simone McKnight.
