Glynis was a kind and humble person. She attended Sunday School and Church most of the time. Pastor Nathaniel Bunn and the entire Social Union Baptist Church will truly miss her. She loved her family and church family. Our hearts are broken but God knows best. Rest on in peace until we meet again.

It seems like just yesterday that we left our Aunt Mary Alice’s funeral and had dinner together at the famous “Western Sizzler”. Glynis joined Tami, Tonya and our Aunts, Peggy and Eloise. Even though she needed to be at the softball game with her family. We had the most wonderful time catching up, a time that I do not remember us ever having before. We did not get the chance to make that meeting happen again but now the rest of us have even more reason to catch up again soon. To the entire family, my thoughts and prayers will never cease to surround you all.

I worked with Glynis. She was a pleasure to work with. She was a fast learner, she took pride in her work, and she was always extremely helpful. On a few occasions, she talked about her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. Her presence is felt and missed already. My sincere thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends and all who knew her. May God’s love, peace, and presence envelope you now and forevermore. God bless you all.
