Funeral services for Gracie M. Clifton, age 84, who died on Thursday, July 16, 2026, will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg, NC.
She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Clifton-Pace of Raleigh, NC, sisters, Elsie M. Clifton of Louisburg, NC, Patricia Clifton-Fox (Melvin) of Lumberton, brother, James C. Clifton (Trumilla) of Warrenton, NC, and her cherished granddaughter, Gabrielle L. Pace.
There will be a viewing on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg, NC.

I had the privilege of working with Ms. Gracie for more than 16 years at Mallinckrodt, and I can honestly say that she was one of the kindest people I have ever known. She always had a word of wisdom to share and a way of making you smile or laugh, no matter what kind of day you were having. Her warmth, compassion, and genuine care for others made a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.
Ms. Gracie was truly one of a kind—a special person whose presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
