Funeral services for Larry D. Perry age 71, who died on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. from the Walnut Grove Baptist Church in Louisburg, NC, with Rev. Timothy J. Walker officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Baptist Church cemetery.
He is survived by his loving partner, Miriam Thorpe of the home, daughter, Faith Thorpe-Perry of Raleigh, NC, sons, Rashad Thorpe of Garner, NC, and Ricordo Thorpe of Pittsboro, NC, sisters, Beatrice R. Perry of New York, NY, Betty L. Edgerton-Wilder (James) of Philadelphia, PA, and Celeste Clifton of Saint Marys, GA.
There will be a viewing on Saturday, July 3, 2026, from 10:00am until 11:00am at the Walnut Grove Baptist Church in Louisburg, NC.

It is with heartfelt sympathy that I send all my love and comfort to our family in the passing of my beloved nephew, Larry.
I know your hearts are heavy, but always remember that earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. I wish I could be there to wrap each of you in a warm hug during this difficult time. Until then, please know that each of you is in my thoughts and prayers.
