Funeral services for Linda Gupton, age 61, who died on Friday, August 8, 2025, will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at 1:00pm from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg, NC. Rev. Sylvester White, Officiating.
She is survived by her daughter, Nikesha Gupton-Alston (Ricky) of Louisburg, NC, two sons, Billy Gupton (Nakivia) of Whitakers, NC and Donquel Gupton (Monica) of Castalia, NC, two sisters, Joann Murray (Christopher) of Panama City, FL and Jean Grissom (Jerry) of Charlotte, NC, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The family will receive friends Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 12:00noon until 1:00 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg, NC.

Matthew 5:4 “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” My heart goes out to the family of Ms. Linda. I have known Linda for more than half of my life as she is the mother of my best friend. Whenever I saw Linda she treated me as a second daughter and I loved her for that and allowing me to be a part of the family. Although there may have been challenges, Linda LOVED her children and her grandchildren and she showed that in her own way. Fly high Linda and take your rest. You will be missed and never forgotten.
