Funeral services for Marion Christine Mitchell, age 85, who died on Monday, August 3, 2026, will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 2:00pm from the First Baptist Church in Franklinton, NC. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Franklinton, NC.
She is survived by one daughter, Angela Gales Massenburg (Jesse) of Wake Forest, NC, one grandson, Tyrece Mitchell of Franklinton, NC and two great grandsons, Sam Teasley of Bunn, NC and Tyrece Mitchell, Jr. of Franklinton, NC.
