Funeral services for Min. Beverly Ann Witherspoon, who died on Thursday, June 25, 2026, will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026 at 2:00pm from the Christ Holiness Church No. 1 in Wake Forest, NC. Bishop Harvey Dewberry, Officiating
She is survived by her loving husband of the home, Tony M. Witherspoon, sons, Theatric Witherspoon, Tony D. Witherspoon, Jermaal Witherspoon, and Damien Smith, all of Raleigh, NC, sisters, Alma M. Council of Raleigh, NC, Carol J. Sykes, Diane Muhammad, and Nellie R. Mitchell, all of Angier, NC, brothers, Robert L. Mitchell (Chris), Kelly Mitchell, Ronald Mitchell, and Donald Mitchell (Roman), all of Raleigh, NC, Gregory Mitchell (Darlene) of Sanford, NC, and nine grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday, July 3, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Christ Holiness Church No. 1 in Wake Forest, NC.

😭 I have no words to say personally to the family that will comfort you during your time of bereavement 😭 Personally, my heart is already 💔 from losing my son earlier in the month on June 10th! Then to hear of Minister Beverly’s passing, I’m just an emotional mess. However, I am lifting up prayers and sending heartfelt condolences to the family.
